Professor John Tomaney, Director of the Presented by the Institute of Regional Studies (IRS) with speaker, Professor John Tomaney, Director of the IRS. Prof Tomaney's discussions will include how Monash Gippsland might become a node in an international network that might shed light on the threats and opportunities that face the Gippsland region.
