Changes to IT support at the campus

From December 2007 ITS Gippsland assumed responsibility for IT support to all staff and students of the campus, with the exception of the Library.
These pages will be progressively updated to fully encompass the new role of ITS Gippsland.

Services provided

ITS has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Pro Vice-Chancellor's Office to provide a wide range of technological services. These include:

• Computer accounts
• Desktop support
• Network services, including wireless
• Student PC Laboratories
• Teaching space support
• Teaching and research support
• Technical advice (hardware and software)
• Web maintenence and development
