Orientation 2009

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

ITS has SLAs all Faculties/Departments on the campus with the exception of the Library. As part of these SLAs, ITS provides a wide range of technological services. These include:

Computer accounts
Desktop support
Network services, including wireless
Student PC Laboratories
Teaching space support
Teaching and research support
Technical advice (hardware and software)
Web maintenence and development

SLA Reports

To keep stakeholders abreast of the services provided, monthly reports are generated. These reports, all in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, are restricted to the relevant managerial/administrative staff. Contact ITS for changes to access rights.
