Nursing Student Information Session
An event for Graduate Year programmes for Monash University Gippsland’s
Bachelor of Nursing students to start thinking about where they might
want to work when they have finished their degree.
Speakers from health services such as Latrobe Regional Hospital, West
Gippsland Hospital, Gippsland Southern Health Services, Central Gippsland
Hospital, and Royal Melbourne Hospital attended to provide information
on the services they provide.
An information session was provided afterwards to allow students the
time to speak to all the hospital representatives.
Clinical Co-ordinator Jo Porter said that the event was “a chance for
the students to have a good look at what is available for them as they
begin their final year of study, and was a fantastic opportunity”.
