“My ultimate career is to manage a Public Relations and Promotions agency that concentrates specifically on Motorsport Events. With majors in both Public Relations and Management, this job would also integrate my passion for Motorsport and Promotions.
The recent position I held within the Co-operative Education Program as Prospective Student Officer within the Marketing and Public Affairs Department at Monash University Gippsland Campus provided me with the relevant skills necessary to be readily prepared for the workplace at the conclusion of my study.”

“I saw Co-op as a wonderful way to gain on-the-job experience, which you cannot get from a textbook. Co-op provides me with great opportunities to train and develop professional skills, and the work placement gives hands-on experience which will help consolidate what I have already learnt from uni. At the moment I’m interested in working in a large accounting firm and just seeing where it takes me, as I’m not yet sure what area I would like to specialise in. My placement has given me a better understanding of how things work in the workplace, it will also help me decide on the area I would like to specialise in as I will be given the opportunity to work in different areas.”
