BScMedBioSci Gippsland and off-campus 3 years full-time, part-time available VCE units 3 and 4 - a study score of at least 25 in English (any), or Australian or international equivalent, plus one of biology, chemistry,  mathematical methods (either), physics, geography, psychology or specialist mathematics ENTERS above 70 will be considered February and July
  • Provides specialist training for a career in the healthcare industry, biomedical research or an ideal background for progression to postgraduate study in science or medicine including Graduate Medicine at the Gippsland Medical School
  • Focusing on the key areas of molecular diagnostics and biotechnology
  • Topics include anatomy, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, medical microbiology, human physiology, psychology and pharmacology
  • Case studies, examples and professional training during a six week placement are included to provide a relevant perspective in the context of health care
  • An option for interested students to study part of the course abroad at Monash Malaysia, where the Bachelor of Science (Medical Bioscience) is also offered. Generous travel grants are available
